It presents the New Urban Agenda, an action framework for cities to improve integrated public transport, walking and cycling in their infrastructure planning an design.

This presentation entitled 'Urban Mobility - Applying Innovative Solutions to Old Problems' was made by Lena Stiller on November 25, 2019 at SSATP's Annual General Meeting in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. It presents the Transformative Urban Mobility Initiative (TUMI), 10 principles for sustainable urban mobility, as well as best practice case studies on improving walkability in Lagos, Nigeria; open streets in Cape Town, South Africa; and the 'I Move Safely' project in Bogota, Colombia.

It presents DFID's High Volume Transport applied research program, which aims to strengthen the evidence base that will support increased access to transport services, more affordable trade routes, and safeer, low carbon transport in low income countries.
