Mr.Kamara was interviewed at the Trans Africa Highway meeting held in Accra, Ghana on June 4-6, 2013. The meeting was organized by ECOWAS and the Africa Union Commission with support from the Africa Transport Policy Program (SSATP). Mr. Kamara discusses the role of ECOWAS in the Trans Africa Highway project, the role of SSATP, and the purpose of the Accra meeting. Participants at the meeting also discuss road safety in Africa as it concerns this particular infrastructure project.
